I started this because I believe that modern recruitment should carry correct, ethical interests high in its banner and I see that too little in the market. Selectors mainly focuses on emerging IT companies and exclusively with companies that have the best interests of their staff at heart and can also demonstrate this. Within Energyprofs I work for multiple clients. So I have gained experience at Brabantwater and Eneco.
Eneco, Corporate Accounts: Business Consultant Project Support. In this role I was active as a project employee to set up the new landscape of Eneco Corporate Accounts. Together with Energyprofs colleagues, we have created a landscape where future employees can serve customers in a more efficient way. Think of process optimization, support of new employees, serving customers themselves and improving communication between departments.
Brabant Water function: Business Consultant Process Improvement team Market in Development. Market in Development is a team of Brabant Water in which Specialists, Product Developers and Account Managers work together on new services/products. To achieve the team's goals, they wanted to make improvements in the areas of strategy, organization, portfolio and process. To arrive at a structured approach for the team for 2019, several sessions were organized to further think out the strategy. The sessions are aimed at redefining vision, ambition role and strategic goals. The sessions have laid the foundation to provide structure for the long term.
Elevate Consulting Group / HR-Consultant (Internship) February 2018 - July 2018, Amsterdam, Netherlands Elevate Consulting offers a wide range of HR services for: Executive Search, Profiling, Assessments, Coaching and HR Consultancy. As an intern, I was responsible for the recruitment of talent and executive search for various large international companies in different sectors. For example, within IT for Exact and Crossphase, in automation for Rockwell Automation and in the concrete industry for concrete giant Mebin in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I have gained skills and experience by helping with assessments, such as career evaluations and coaching trajectories. I also focused on the application of the GDPR at Elevate through a self-written HR policy.
